    The location was comfortable and handy for walking around Tanjong Pagar. I got a tastefully decorated room with the bathroom as well as comfy bed. All the services were very efficient. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Singapore.

    it was overall a pleasant stay. the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was a tad small but the range of toiletries was very appealing. there was a good selection for breakfast and we didn't even have to wait to be seated. best of all, we got late check-out at 2pm by simply calling up to ask if it was possible. lastly the 2 movie tickets completed a wonderful weekend :)

    we thought there would be but no newspaper was delivered to the room in the morning. it's not a big problem since there were copies in the cafe where we had breakfast. this is more of a personal preference but i'd like a hand-held shower head instead of one that's fixed to the wall.

    Excellent staff services. Requested for a baby cot and the response time is fast. Also given an upgrade of room and a late checkout when its totally unexpected.

    The initiative of front desk receptionist voluntarily giving an upgrade of room type. Pleasant.

    Prefer including a comb for toiletry. Also, would be good if a shower could be included at the bath tub. Airconditioning was a little too cold at times.

    During breakfast at second floor, people have to queue long time to get their fresh cook preferable eggs at egg station. (too much of oil) It turned my appetite away when I found a visible, long body hair on my croissant.

    enjoyable stay with room for improvement

    The room was spacious, providing comfort for my family. The in-room dining options was superb with reasonable prices compared to local eateries.

    The swimming pool could be larger.

    Recommend it for families looking for comfort

    The breakfast buffet was just very nice, had a huge variety to choose from, like fresh fruits and pastries, really starting our day off right. Plus, the rooms were spacious enough to fit our family without feeling cramped, we even had a mini fridge for snacks!

    It was on the pricier side but I guess that's what you get for a decent place nowadays.

    The surrounding was somehow quiet in weekend, yet the public transport is 24hours passing this Hotel, so we could easily go to the famous Orchard Rd or else at anytime.
